"Carbon Crystal Panel," scientifically known as "Bamboo Charcoal Co-Extrusion Decorative Panel," also known as "Bamboo Carbon Board," is a type of wood-plastic board made using a high-temperature extrusion process. Its raw materials include bamboo charcoal powder, calcium powder, PVC, and additives. This extruded board features rigid co-extruded layers on both the top and bottom, resulting in excellent hardness.
The first layer is a protective layer, a transparent PVC protective film.
The second layer is a surface film, made from specialized water-based PVC film, scratch-resistant PP film, or PET-G high-gloss film, offering a wide variety of colors and detailed, realistic textures.
The third and seventh layers are photo-curing layers, primarily designed to ensure a better bond between the carbon crystal panel and the film.
The fourth and sixth layers are PP co-extruded skin layers, designed to prevent deformation and prevent the film from showing through.
The fifth layer is the carbon crystal layer, formed by high-temperature extrusion of bamboo charcoal powder, resin, and polymers. It features a more stable honeycomb-like hexagonal molecular structure, in addition to a triangular structure.
